It’s just about passable if...

Liked: The location was good it was nice and warm
Disliked: I didn’t have a remote to operate tv contacted member of staff still didn’t receive. The room wasn’t very clean bin in bathroom needed emptying no toilet roll holder, the carpet wasn’t clean the wall hadn’t been painted properly I’m only complaining as I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s been ok this time it felt like a hostel/shelter people sitting around on the stairs

The worst stay ever. Do...

Liked: It was close to the city centre.
Disliked: The room was absolutely awful. It smelled, it was dirty and it was dropping to bits. This has to be the worst hotel we have stayed in. We arrived and left 30mins later because it was so awful.
