Would not stay here ever...

Liked: Absolutely nothing it was disgusting!!!!!!!!It was very dirty, rubbish on the floor,holes in the towels plus the curtain poll was hanging off the wall so we were unable to close the curtains!!!!
Disliked: Everything very unhappy we was a party of 6, we all were meant to stay 2 nights we all left the next morning,I went to find a member of staff the next moring to explain the reason for us all leaving but not a sole in-site, after 15mins trying to find someone a young women came but unfortunately she didn’t speak a word of English so we gave up and left, would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!! Avoid

Convenient spot to sleep after...

Liked: Friendly enough staff.Used it as a place to sleep only so didn't require much
Disliked: Had to go to the bar to find staff to be able to check in.Room was basic but functional. Could use some tlc. Stains and marks on the skirting boards and walls. Plug sockets are not in the most convenient location but good enough. Tea making facilities are at reception, not in the room.Couldn't adjust the shower temperature, it was either scaldingly hot or off.

Little room for one night...

Liked: Location is great for Wembley events. The room was clean.
Disliked: I could hear the beer casks have been dropped loudly while delivered at 8 am in the morning, woke me up. No shampoo. No bed lamp.

Comfortable rooms but slightly unclean...

Liked: The room was nice - the bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious and there was a TV.
Disliked: Staff were difficult to access - there was never a point when we went to reception that a receptionist was there, we always had to ring them on our phones, which I have never experienced at a hotel before. When the staff arrived they never apologised for not being at reception and made it seem like it was a pain that they had to come by. The room was not that clean - there were a lot of hairs in the bed, at least 20 or 30. There was also a toothpaste stain on the bathroom floor. Although, the room was cheap, which slightly excuses the lack of staff. However no matter the price of a room there should not be hairs in the bed.

Liked: Although my booking didn't include breakfast, it is on a High St. so plenty of breakfast options nearby.
Disliked: A bit noisy due to traffic but I live on a main road anyway so I'm used to it !

Budget friendly, great location but...

Liked: The location was perfect and within walking distance to the Wembley Arena. Great area and lots of shops and food restaurants. The room was value for money and there was an extremely large TV bigger than most hotel rooms.
Disliked: The staff were quite vacant. Upon arrival there was no one at reception. After waiting I had to go down to the pub to request to check in to be told “he needs to finish his dinner first”. Not great customer service for a first impression and there was no apology.The description for the hotel check-in was very misleading in terms of min age to check in. I spent hours on the phone with the hotel and booking.com and they eventually approved my booking. I was told we would all need ID and also says £50 damaged deposit is required. I wasn’t asked for anything upon checking in. They literally just took my name and then handed me the room keys. The rooms and the hallway were all extremely hot as all the radiators were on full blast at all times. We had to open our room windows to eventually cool it all down.The bed was messing multiple slats, there was dust in the corners of the room and on bedside tables, the sink and shower didn’t drain and were dirty so I had to remove the plugs in order to brush my teeth or have a shower. The shower was so hot it felt like a kettle being poured over you. The dials wouldn’t work to cool it down. The TV in the room was useless as you couldn’t actually watch anything without having to log in.The pub beneath is advertised as being open until 2 am with live music. 1. There was no live or loud music at all. 2. We wanted to use the facilities and have a drink in the pub at around 11:30/12:00pm however was turned away as soon as we walked through the door and told it was closed. I mentioned to the staff I was staying upstairs and it’s meant to be open until 2 am which again I was told it was closed. So we had to sit in the garden in the dark as they turned all the lights off. One staff member came over and said we weren’t allowed and then another staff member came over and said no, you are allowed which was confusing.

Liked: Perfect location room was nice
Disliked: The bed was terrible! Dipped in the middle, lifted the mattress & there was a slat missing in the middle of the bed, luckily there was a lose one at the end of the bed. So we managed to put it in the middle of the bed . This was at 12.30 in the morning.
