The hotel needs improvement

Liked: Good space for my large family of 7
Disliked: The facility was old. Rooms were not clean. I found a left over cup of coffee in the room as well as some pastry under the bed. Those were the obvious!The worst of it all was that we couldn't sleep on the double bed in room 12 as it was sinking in the middle and very uncomfortable. Also, it felt as if we were outdoors as we could here the wind and other noises from outside.

Disliked: Room was cold, dusty behind the beds and room in need of a paint . Didn’t appear as lovely as advertised on the website . Had the feel of being a prostitutes motel

Great value, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Thank you for a great stay! Great value for money and excellent location. Comfortable bed, great shower and bath. Clean and spotless bedding and literally, brand new towels. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly.

Liked: the window in the room was torn off its hinges, and that's why it didn't close, there was a strong wind that day, it was -3 degrees outside, it was impossible to spend the night in the room, the reception is open until 10 p.m., I called the number given at the reception to change the room but no one answered the phone
