Disliked: Expected double bed in double room got two singles.Cheap mattress...not comfy Draughty windows and really noisy fan in adjoining room that kept us awake all 1st night and good part of last night and although dealt with.. sarcastic comments from owner and person in other room.

Unique guest house in a...

Liked: Great location on the front. Good breakfast. Good shower Sea front bedtoom with an enourmous full length and width bay looking straight on to sea. We were treated like family. Lovely pool room too! This is a a unique place. Lowestoft was interesting and lots of places to eat well.
Disliked: We were unlucky thta the guest house was having a temporary problem witht the wif fie

Perfect stay for short getaway!!!

Liked: Wonderful stay, very accommodating hosts and extremely comfortable beds. Room was exactly as advertised and clean, breakfast was a variety of Continental and also English Breakfast upon order with vegetarian options. It was awesome staying in a museum and getting to know a lot of history about Lord Kitchener. If we ever come back to Lowestoft, we will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Right on the sea front, very clean, lovely breakfast. Lovely staff.
Disliked: No hair dryer, may be important for some, I always take my own anyway.
