Liked: Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Front desk was a nice guy. One of the beds had sheets that didn’t have stains. The place had clearly not been vacuumed for quite a while. Hairs in the shower and even hair clumps in the clean towels. I knew it was a budget hotel, but I’ve stayed in many extended stay America and motel6 types and had a much better experience. Every once in a while with those you’d have a bad one. But this OYO for sure I’d never stay again it was so filthy dirty.

Awesome stay

Liked: We usually stay here when we have Dr. Appts or when we have to stay in close by hospital. I appreciate them to set us up downstairs as my husband is handicap.
Disliked: Everything was good

Horrible hotel

Liked: They only think I liked about this place was where it was located. There's tons of stuff near by plus it was close to my family and everything I had to do was completed in a timely manner.
Disliked: I selected this hotel because it was highly rated as far as being clean. When I arrived, I couldn't even get into the front lobby because it was always locked. The room was filthy. The sheets had cigarette holes in them, and they were stained. The carpet was horrendous. It smelled, and it was not vacuumed right, and it also had cigarette burns and paint stains. The room was supposed to be a smoke-free room! What I was most disgusted by was when i was going to use a towel i opened it up and there was hair still in the towel and it was stained. I complained to the person at the front desk, and they just gave me more sheets that were stained they also said the manager would contact me, but they never did. I went out first thing the next morning and bought new sheets, fabreeze and arm and hammer carpet odor eliminator. Worst stay ever!

Liked: Don’t stay at this motel do not make reservations at this motel they will steal your money lie to you this place all around is crooked. Don’t stay. Don’t make reservations just don’t do it.
Disliked: Nothing at all
