Disliked: My husband never got to stay! We paid for the room online and I selected he'd be a late check in and when he arrived no one was at the desk and the doors were locked! When he went back the next day they wouldn't give him the room we PAID for. Now we've been getting the run around to get a FULL REFUND.

This place and the next...
Liked: Nothing. Even though I had a confirmed booking, they said they did not have any rooms available. But, I'm glad they didn't. This place is a dump. The pictures DO NOT correspond to what this place looks like currently.
Disliked: Everything. This place and the next one to it (RED ROOF INN) are the "Ghetto" Hotels of Waco. Even though I had a confirmed booking, they said they did not have any rooms available. But, I thank God they didn't. This place is a dump. The pictures DO NOT correspond to what this place looks like currently. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Pay an extra $50 somewhere.

Liked: I paid for a room but when I got there they did not have a room but you took my $58.14 and only refunded $4.50How can I get the rest of my refund?

Liked: This has got to be a joke. I drove 10 hours to get there only to be told they have no rooms available. A room I had booked & paid for. I want my money returned to my account immediately. Ended paying another hotel because of your mistake.

Terrible people!
Liked: Nothing, I made reservations a month prior and arrived to be told they did not have a room for me,no one contacted me to tell me this.I would not have even made the trip if I had been contacted. The hotel did not contact me and booking.com did not contact me!
Disliked: Nothing the lady just waved her arms and said No Room,No Room,then she walked off leaving me standing there!
