Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Could not stay after making a reservation online. Clerk said computers were down and had been all day. If prepaid, call customer service. I tried and got no answer. Should have prevented the reservation if the system was down

It was horrible.
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Had to wait until 730 to get deposit refund had to wait to find an associate who was not there so I did not receive refund until almost 8 o’clock. The facility was dirty. Everything was old. There’s holes all through the wall. The bathtub was coming apart. Had two refrigerators apparently one was being stored inside my room does she swear disgusting and was unable to get a refund?

Disliked: My husband never got to stay! We paid for the room online and I selected he'd be a late check in and when he arrived no one was at the desk and the doors were locked! When he went back the next day they wouldn't give him the room we PAID for. Now we've been getting the run around to get a FULL REFUND.

This place and the next...
Liked: Nothing. Even though I had a confirmed booking, they said they did not have any rooms available. But, I'm glad they didn't. This place is a dump. The pictures DO NOT correspond to what this place looks like currently.
Disliked: Everything. This place and the next one to it (RED ROOF INN) are the "Ghetto" Hotels of Waco. Even though I had a confirmed booking, they said they did not have any rooms available. But, I thank God they didn't. This place is a dump. The pictures DO NOT correspond to what this place looks like currently. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Pay an extra $50 somewhere.
