Liked: Location was great. People were nice & friendly. Room was spacious. Good for a budget.
Disliked: From what I've heard it is being remodeled. There are some updates that need done. But they are working on it.

Liked: Nothing it was the only one available in lake park
Disliked: Everything. It was dirty, sketchy, the bed was in comfortable, there was a bloody napkin in our room, and the person that check us in did not know English.

Depressing at how dirty it...

Liked: Location near I75 and economical
Disliked: Dirty bathroom (tub and shower walls), floor. White towels and pillowcases were (gray)scary enough to not bathe(I did a wipe bath since I did not want to get into tub/shower or use towels(Have you all not heard of oxydol or Clorox bleach and spray?).I slept because we were exhausted! Furniture peeling, broken surfaces, and loose peeling paint(a choking hazard ). Where’s the risk management department?

Disliked: This property was so run down and dirty. The outside door had large gaps around it. We put a chair in front of it for security. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom floor was black. The towels were worn and grey. The refrigerator was black on the inside. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable.

Worst experience of my life!!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The three rooms shown to us had a bad odor, like mildew and cigarette smoke (in non smoking rooms). We paid for three nights and the hotel stated they would refund us for two of those nights and then they went back on their word. $450+ wasted on a hotel we were at for a few hours. I will never stay at another one.
