I didnt stay
Liked: I didnt stay since the room wasnt ready and you took my money
Disliked: The room wasnt ready and the staff wouldnt allow my granddaughter use the restroom

Itchy just thinking about it
Liked: Location was right off the highway easy to access
Disliked: Immediately smelled in the lobby. They were Burning in scents so thought it could be contributing to the smell. Checked in and guy at desk was ok he wasn't very personable but wasn't rude or anything. He did require me to pay $50 pet fee in cash that is not on the website. We got room 114 and went in to get settled for the night. This was about midnight. My husband Immediately got in the shower and my kids and dog started to get comfy. I went to turn down beds (we got a room with 3) but as I turned down the very first one closest to the door there were very visible bed bugs crawling everywhere. I moved a pillow and they fell out. They were big and on the move. I Immediately told my kids and dog to stay off the beds and went to get my husband from the shower. We went back to front desk and I told him flat out " you have bed bugs and we can't stay here" he said "no problem I give tou refund but which bed?" Like he knew already and wasn't going to argue. He knew I had 3 kids and a pet with me and I guess thought he was okay to try and pull one over on me. So sad. He gave me a refund and we found another place down the hwy. Once in the new room and after checking it out to make sure it was clean I went back to booking.com and seen a new review posted just the day before about the same place, same room. These people need to close and fumigate. I feel bad for everyone staying there as there were alot of vehicles parked outside rooms. Stay away!!

Disliked: I was double-charged for this stay; once by booking.com and once by the hotel. I was only to have been charged at the hotel. I am challenging the charge on my debit card.
