Liked: It was ok, it took a long time to check, even tho I sent my check in time, but that was ok. The room wasn't bad but the fridge never got cold, there was only 2 small bath towels and 2 small washcloths for 2 people 2 days. I probably wouldn't stay again, definitely not what I expected, IV stayed in the area every year for the past 4 years but this was a new hotel and it definitely wasn't worth the money, but it wasn't anything horrible just kinda awkward staff interactions and really low quality.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I have rented one of the jacuzzi rooms several times and have had great experiences each time. I will definitely be returning.

Liked: The price was outrageous ($198.00) for nothing. The room smelled like mold and obvious flooding previously as the door and walls had water marks. The heat either had to blast or off and freeze. 2 pillows for a king size bed
