Disliked: We didn't have hot water at all. The front desk told us to run the water for about 10 mins. we ran the water for 30 mins, and it was still ice cold

Liked: I liked NOT ONE THING!!!! I arrived at 11 pm....THE HOTEL HAD NO RESERVATION FOR ME!! THEY KNEW NOTHING OF THE RESERVATION.. .ALSO IT IS NOT A HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!THE FACILITY IS CALLED THE BLUEBIRD MOTEL.
Disliked: This place did not have my reservation and my stay to visit my daughter at college was THREE TIMES MORE THAN MY BUDGET!!! That was after having to call to find an open room during parents weekend!!! DON'T BOOK THIS MOTEL AND DON'T USE BOOKING!!!!!!!!!

Disliked: This is by far the dirtiest place I've slept in. I do not care how fancy a room is, especially for a quick one night stay during a road trip, but the rooms were so disgustingly dirty that I contemplated sleeping in my car.Don't stay here, you will regret it, spend the extra $50 and book something better in Salem.

Better not

Liked: water pressure was decent. Air conditioner worked. Didn't see a bug inside the room. Room was quiet.
Disliked: I don't like writing bad reviews but I have to be honest. My flight was delayed so I ended up checking in after midnight. The website says 24-hour reception (and when I rang the bell a very sleepy man who looked like he just crawled out of bed came to the window) but there is a sign on the reception window that says "No check-in after midnight". We stood outside with lots of creepy bugs flying and crawling on the outside desk and window. Very much scared the crap out of me. He gave us the key and warned us to jiggle the door handle because it doesn't open easily. He was very correct, It took several minutes of each of us trying before we finally got the door open. When we entered the room none of the lights worked so I had to go back to the buggy reception to have the sleepy man come and get the lights on. Apparently, the lamps are finicky too. The room faintly smelled of smoke and was not what I would call clean. It was VERY run down with the paint chipping on every surface. The bathroom was the worst. I don't know why this is listed as the OYO Hotel when it is the Bluejay MOTEL. The sign says Bluejay and even the wifi is named Bluejay. There was no wifi information in the room so I had to wait till the next day before I could go to reception to ask about the wifi. When I went to reception I could hear a woman in a back room talking and even with me yelling "hello" no one came to the reception. I saw the wifi password posted on the wall so I just took a photo and tried to leave but there was an automatic lock or something because I couldn't get out. Luckily, some younger guy used a code on the outside and came in. He was surprised to see me and asked if I needed anything. I told him I needed the wifi but info but found it on the wall and I high-tailed it out! We saw the guy who checked us in several times over the 2 days and he never once smiled or was welcoming in any way.
