Liked: Staff were great and gave the answers management would expect them to give.
Disliked: I called ahead about pool. NO pool available. Cockroach found in tissue holder that ran behind mirror. They asked me to catch it.

Liked: Nothing…..cancelled because no one there to check me in
Disliked: No one at front desk…. Location looked shabby

Disliked: It had mouse shit it the rooms and stained floors and windows , I canceled the reservation after I paid for and seen the rooms. Then the front desk clerk was rude . And after I requested a refund he said it would take 24 hours and it never got refunded and it’s been a month now.

HORRIBLE!

Liked: NOTHING!
Disliked: EVERYTHING! The place is filthy! My room had wood ticks in it due to the AC unit NOT being fully secured to the wall ( could see outside light ), floors were stained to the point my brand new white socks were dark brown, bath tub majorly stained, shower curtain had mold on it, bedding had cigarette burn holes. The hall way floors were disgusting! All outlets in the hallways had air fresheners in them. The security door didn’t latch. From the outside you could see mattress leaned up a window on the second floor. This place is AWFUL!

A very run down dirty...

Liked: The king suite was nice size. The ac was cold. The shower was hot
Disliked: Dirty dirty dirty. From the exterior to the interior. A dirty stained mattress in hallway. The exterior run down. A rag for a wash cloth. Dirty towel. Pillows were below standard.

Disliked: They took a 100 dollar deposit. It has been over a month and they have yet to reimburse us for the deposit. DON'T STAY HERE THEY ARE THIEF'S.

Would not recommend, outside picture...

Liked: We tried to cancel this reservation, and that was not successful with the front desk staff. When we arrived, the appearance and curbside appeal of the outside was terrible, there was furniture couches and recliners in front in two different areas along with multiple areas of overflowing trash, lots of it. As if people were living there instead of it being a hotel. The building itself looked like it needed a whole lot of work. Sketchy and we were not comfortable at all.
