Disliked: They cancelled my reservation without caused and still charged me for it even after saying they wouldnt. When speaking with management, they said it was put as a no show which is why they still charged me. But they claimed on their end they see no charges. I showed them proof, bank statement and all, but still refused to refund me. Very upsetting experience.
