Liked: nothing. they wouldn’t allow us to stay after already booking because we were 18 even though we’ve traveled with no incidents in many hotels, no criminal record and were willing to pay a deposit and/or leave an id. *security deposit was 200$*
Disliked: everything. smoking rooms apparently stunk, guys behind us in line were complaining. also there refrigerator didn’t work?

Disliked: Here is what happened. I arrived about 10:30pm. The lobby was closed. It was high wind and really cold outside. I was waiting about several minutes until the receptionist guy showed up. He looked pretty aggressive from the beginning. He started to communicate with me through the window and I asked him if he can let me in because it’s really cold outside. He answered just NO and left to check my reservation. When he is back I asked his name (Jake, I don’t know if it’s a real one) and said that this is not really welcoming service he does and that I will leave a feedback about his job. The next second he threw my ID through the window and started call names on me. I don’t know if he was drunk or something else but this is not a safe place to stay. So I got myself without a place to stay in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere because of these guys. Moreover my credit card was charged full amount!!!

Disliked: There is a water leak from the ceiling directly above the shower head. Huge hole with debris falling thru. Room 107.

The worst experience!

Liked: I think the 8.1 on Booking is badly exagerate.
Disliked: The bath had man hair in it, chair broken, light broken, overall cleaning is terrible. I will never do this mistake again.
