I was not happy with...

Liked: It was close to my destination and the beach
Disliked: The room was old and outdated with many items in disrepair. Also there was an inconsistency in the billing that upset me. They charged me $14 extra to pay for the booking.com fees that were not clear in the website. It also appears they charged me the $14 twice once prior to arrival and once again as part of my payment on site. The staff could not explain it and I didn’t want to argue with them.

Sticky, stainy, dirty, loud, broken...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Despite the attempt to refresh the room with a red paint, it did not dress up the room as indented. Dated fixtures with touch of rust here and there , old furniture with horrendously dirty upholstery, some sticky stains on the chairs, barely closing door in to the dirty bathroom and in the meddle of all of this fascinating environment - refrigerator like it was taken from the horror movie decorations, white and rusted all over it sides with some stains and drips of who knows what on it. When open, one can see the formed century old glassier around the freezer and as i joke it had 2 shelves that were broken so that you can put on them anything anyway. This monster was working like a diesel truck.

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: Close to the beach, 8 min walk. Easy check in, room was good for value with plenty of space for us. Handy amenities such as gas station and liquor store 1 min walk away Nice lady morning of checkout allowed late check out as we wanted to go to beach without being rushed
Disliked: Aesthetically not the best looking location. TV did not work.

Disliked: I'm 63, and the furniture is definitely older than me,very shotty had to have been purchased from the neighborhood thrift store. The front door was rusty. I should've slept in my car. Then there were all the fee's $28 property, a per dog fee $25 I have 3 tea cup Yorkies 4lbs each, and they stayed in a dog creat. These accommodations are not worth over $200 for a 32 hour stay, not by any stretch of the imagination ,I haven't seen such poor accommodations in 50 years.the pictures on the web page don't depict what your going to get. We left earlier than planned. We were told we would get a refund.
