Turned away.

Liked: They did not honor my reservation and turned me away. No communication prior to let me know they could not accommodate me. I emailed and chatted online with customer service several times letting them know of my late check in, which was acknowledged, and confirmed.To my surprise, I was turned away upon check in.
Disliked: They did not honor my reservation and turned me away. Seeking refund; they gave me a free credit to stay. I would like to be refunded.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful.
Disliked: Bad area.....lots of noice and one night 2x the firedept alarm went off!!No refrigerator. I had to mop the floor....it was filthy!!

Liked: Nothing everything about it was awful!
Disliked: It’s in a bad location, as in unsafe. We pulled in the parking lot and there were several “shady” people loitering in the parking lot. We decided to drive around to the other side of the Hotel thinking maybe they kept the riff raff on one side, and when we drove around that whole side of the motel was boarded up. We chose to not stay and had to end up paying anyway because they didn’t accept cancellations. Lesson learned but we felt our safety was more important.
