Liked: The young lady who checked me in she was great
Disliked: The room was in very bad conditions no TV the toilet leak the air conditioner was acting up very dirty no phone when I booked the room on the app the room that I got was look nothing like the ones on the pictures false advertisement

DON'T STAY HERE

Liked: I didn't die, that was a plus
Disliked: Everything! Therapy was not rude but not friendly.. had. No idea we had to have a CASH ONLY DEPOSIT, our room was just barley stay able. If my husband had his way, we would have left immediately.. the AC unit was uncovered and exposed, the floor was flooded from the rain , there was holes in the curtain , the bathroom door did not shut. Pool was filthy and unusable.. there were bugs of idk what kinds...

Disgusted

Liked: Attendant very rude. We never checked in. Will never stay here. EVER.
Disliked: Staff was rude and discriminating towards us. We weren’t allowed to check in. Attendant required a $100 cash deposit although we paid upfront with valid card and he would not let us into lobby to use the atm, which was clearly visible from the window, to get cash for said deposit. We drove home 2+ hours. I will never book here again. Waste of money and time.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. It had roaches it had no garbage can. It had no towels had to pay a deposit. Which was only cash only you could not pay card. The girl at the front desk took about 20 minutes, checking me into the room. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had in my whole life.

Liked: Amazing stay at OYO.

Liked: Nothing. I’m glad they painted the outside & got some better TVs & plug in outlets.
Disliked: There were roaches: one got on my pillow, one came out of my clothes, one came out of my makeup bag, one came out of my bag, etc. I killed 6 of them before I had had to leave. There was no towels or rags or any type of linen. The place was dirty. The room flooded when I took a shower. The door had at least a one to two inch gap on the bottom so it was able to let weather in. My door didn’t lock. I could go on & on.

Pleasant

Liked: Good price and decent room.
Disliked: Bed was stiff, no towels, small bugs, and the shower was amenic.
