Disliked: ⛔️Beware this hotel is a scam,You book they canceland they are sneaky ringing you up on a mobile Number not associated with the hotel and cancelling then you only get £5 refund and booking.com don’t help,STAY WELL CLEAR ⛔️

Disliked: We got all the way there which was a 3 hour journey just see a post outside saying the building is closed down we had no money to pay for anywhere else to stay so had to travel all the way back home the say day!!!!

Liked: I wouldn't know we walked out of the property after being inside for 4 minutes.
Disliked: Everything! The customer service was absolutley shocking, it was filthy and smelt like there was a decomposing animal somewhere.

Disliked: Everything!!! We walked in and it absolutely stank of sewage it was difficult to breathe. The walls were peeling and covered in black mold. There were no lights on at all and we got taken to the bar area if you can call it that where there were piles of dirty washing and rubbish everywhere. We were then told there was no booking for us which we were over the moon about and got turned away. We then had to book somewhere else near by last minute. We complained to booking.com and asked them to request a full refund which he responded with a refusal but offered a change of date . I wouldn't even let an animal stay in that place let alone a human!!!! Avoid at all costs, do not waste your money.
