Liked: Couldn't like anything as it was bored up and a chain link fence all around it

Got charged drove hours and...

Disliked: Their closed and sold me a room no one at the property at all and they won’t refund me what a waist of a trip and a horrible vacation

Liked: The thing I like best about the room was the cleanliness.
Disliked: I was charged twice once online when I made the reservation and then when I got to the hotel they said that they weren't yet fully merged so I had to pay cash again as checking in also I'm waiting for my refund.

Disliked: They told me their system was down when I arrived. Then they charged me again for the room even though I had proof of payment on my confirmation receipt. The manager was rude and less than helpful on any level.

Liked: Pup cancelled on several family members in town for a wedding. Some of us being emailed just 2 days before the wedding, with no explanation as to why. For those of us whom dont check their emails daily it was very unfortunate!!!! Pick up a phone!!!
