HELP..PLEASE..SOMEONE ..PLEASE HELP!

Liked: They said they would tell booking.com I could have all my money back because of mt sons mental disorder I could not stay without the cable and wifi they advertised they did have on booking.com. but indeed they did not have!!I have emails assuring the return of all my money from OYO.
Disliked: Booking.com took all the money out of my bank account and I have not heard from anyone since nor has the money been returned to my account..I am on a veterans disability fixed income taking care of a son with a mental disorder..this incident has placed me in a terrible position..

Bad

Disliked: Bad!!! Bad!!! Bad!!!No cable,No wifi,I had forgot something in the room in the morning . I tried getting another card to enter the room . No one at the front desk. It had a paper with a partial # for us to call incase of help. The phone that was outside the office had no servic3. Couldn't even call thru my own phone because I had to take my time to guess what the last 3 digits of the phone # it was. I had to end up leaving part of my belongings, I was already running late

Bad

Disliked: They have bed bugs

Liked: Everything was a bad experience from checking in, office person didnt know what she was doing. Tried 4 different rooms, first one she gave me had people inside next one was dirty, another was in the process of getting cleaned up, beds werent made etc
Disliked: Tried getting a refund since check in was at 3pm and it was still 3 hours before the check in time at the time I was at the property. Even the person at the office said she understood why I didnt want to stay based on the condition of the rooms

Liked: Location was only thing that was good.
Disliked: Was so disgustingly filthy I chose to forfeit my payment and go elsewhere. Television didn't work...no signal. Heat wouldn't come...no knows. Dead cockroaches in room and bathroom. Learned my lesson about nonrefundable stays.

Liked: Nothing, I'd like to have my money back
Disliked: Everything other than the location

Dirty room with indifferent management

Liked: Not really anything.
Disliked: Found a used condom and wrapper, a wallet, dead bugs on floor, dirty sheets, used soap in the bathroom. She also squished a bug on her filled with bright red blood (bedbug?). Manager was indifferent and just said they had no other rooms available and that if we wanted our money back we'd have to contact booking.com. Mom ended up having to just wrap up in the comforter to sleep since the sheets were filthy.
