Cheap place to stay if...

Liked: Property was in a good location. Near All types of food and Walmart
Disliked: Need updates!!!! All outlets were loose to the point I was almost late waking up due to outlets not holding the charging block! That was the case for 90% of outlets. Mini fridge was old and has rust spots, missing a leg to help balance it. Shower had a steady drip all night so you couldn’t fully turn it off. They wanted a $50 “room deposit” and had “rules” to be followed or you wouldn’t get your deposit back. Room had a stale smell.

Liked: It was close to the faculty I was working in
Disliked: The room was so dirty, the carpet was very dingy, and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. I was in a nonsmoking room and it smelled just like a cigarette. Very unkempt and in need of cleaning and updating.
