Close to home, but comes...

Liked: Location, pricing, front desk
Disliked: Not very clean, bugs upstairs. Older towels and sheets, no phone, cheap toiltries. Says breakfast and coffee but offer nothing. Won't make change for purchases from vending machines, coffee packets, and no coffee pots

Liked: New name. Oyo. same old issues. Bugs, bugs, bugs,Poor housekeeping, plenty of towels, no wash cloths never has breakfast even though they constantly advertise that they do. Pool hasn't been open for years Cheaper rates on booking.com

Very poor

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: This is bad in so many ways. The hotel charged me a deposit and when I checked out they marked that fee as early checkin fee. I checked in after 6:00PM so I do not understand how they can make that mistake!
