Staff was nice but for...

Liked: The location was easy to get to and the front desk lady was nice.
Disliked: The room was dirty. The floor had a wet spot that I put my bare foot on. The bathtub and shower curtain was filthy and filled up with water. Faucet nearly falling off. Had to wear my sandals in the shower. There were stains on the bed,pillows, stains on the towels. The AC unit smelt like eggs and pee. Chips on the walls. Rat poop in the nightstand. Loose outlets. No outlet by the bed. The door was all beat up. I did not feel safe staying there as a female alone. For $135 plus the $100 refundable deposit it is way over priced for extreme lack of quality. Plus the $100 deposit is stated online is a cash payment then you get there and taped on the states credit card only.

I feel I was scammed...

Disliked: I asked for a smoking room when I booked. I was given room 116. No ash trays so I went to ask for a smoking room. Was told the only one had a king bed and it would be $20. More. I paid, room 108, no ashtray so I looked in the drawer and found one. I’m wondering if the original room had ashtray in the drawer. Was told they do not see requests when bookings are in line… not true wash rag was so disgusting I would not use it for a rag

Liked: Low key hotel. There was a hole in bathroom made sure to let them know so I wouldn’t be charged. Room was clean but was ok for the last minute hotel. By checkout the worker was at doors telling everyone to go time to leave . Very odd

OYO's downtown hotels are quirky....

Liked: Convient location.
Disliked: Rewarmed mid-century motor hotel. All transactions were conducted through a tiny slit in a massive hunk of bullet-proof glass.
