Disliked: Staff unfriendly/ sour face all the time. 12th October room was not cleaned when I arrived back at my hotel @ 3:30pm. I informed them yesterday I have booked for today. The women informs me I would have to check out and check back in at 3pm. The man informs me another $100 deposit has to be on hold again.This morning I packed everything up and load in my car/ then man informs me he will give me a key for the room for today. He then hands me same room # key and now I have to Unpack everything including freezer food & fridge food and pack everything all over again and further has the audacity to inform me had I asked I would NOT have had to pack and Unpack.I ASKED HIM PRIOR A DAY AGO AND THATS NOT WHAT HE TOLD ME.Thus location is convenient to all places of visitation but there are other hotels available AND I travel a lot and this is the first time I have encountered unfriendly staff who also do not have a restroom in the lobby.Upon arrival on the 6th I was early by 2hrs and did not want the room early But when asked to use the rest room the man informs me he does not have one in the lobby.Many suggestions were made regarding the shower floor is slippery and grip mats were suggested from me BUT he adamantly refused to get that. Furthermore zero grab handles and the women says this hotel dies not accommodate for handicapped. Any age group can slip and fall. There is nothing to grab onto to even pick yourself up.No coffee pot provided in room for hot water/ zero tea provided to make your own/ zero coffee bags provided.Coffee made In lobby at 7am and their Staff Members Husband takes 2 Huge Cannisters of Coffee and when I go in to get some the last bit is left in the pot and I am told Pour Out the last bit and then more will be made.No tissues providedNo pad/ pen to write notes.
