Disliked: How it's October 9th and I still have a pending charge on my bank for 13$ for some reason and thr lady who works there was rude. I called they were rude. My bank can't do anything. I was there September 11th. Fix it

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: Now I’m not a “uppity” person and necessarily don’t care where we stay. But I will say this is probably one of the most unkept room I’ve stayed in ever. The floors were gross I don’t think they vacuumed before bringing us in. There were deceased bugs stuck all over the walls. The shelf that the mini fridge was setting on has probably never been wiped down or cleaned. But the fridge and microwave were clean on the inside. The drawers had crud all inside of them. They didn’t come in and clean the room, make or change the bed or replace the towels not once the whole 3 day 2 night stay. I refused to let my daughter take a bath, I took her to my grandmas and had her take one there because the shower was covered in cigarette burns and god knows what else, I even gave our newborn a hospital bath with our own rags by the sink while holding him wrapped in a towel I brought from home because I didn’t want to put him in the tub. The ice bucket had a new bag but brown and black specks at the bottom of it. When we got into the room the trash already had someone else’s Braum’s trash in it. There was one plug in by the bed that you had to plug the lamp in to have light. Then an extension cord that had the microwave, fridge and lamp plugged into so you had to maneuver things to be able to plug up your stuff, across the room from your bed. No outlets in the bathroom area at all, I had to do my hair by the bed across the room while trying to see what I was doing from the mirror in the bathroom. The bed wasn’t very clean and I’m 100% sure they either have bed bugs or had because there was dried old blood on every single pillow even the mattress. I never got bit by anything nor did I visually see a live bug, or recent poop residue. Just dried specs of blood, so they were there or there at one point.

Short and sweet

Disliked: Close to family I was visiting. Close to downtown.

Will never stay there again.

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was completely filthy. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom. The mattress and box screens were stained visibly. The pictures were rusty. Holes in the doors. No, second lock on the door. The carpet was very old and stained. The room had items in it from the previous renters. The mirror was faded. The towels were stained.

Pleasant

Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient...

Liked: The location and staff were excellent. No coffee/breakfast served, but that's OK. As it is an older inn, it compares favorably with other similar places I've stayed.
Disliked: Really no worries or complaints. Good value for the money.

Horrible

Liked: This was the nastiest motel ever. The bathroom was disgusting bottom of toilet had a layer of filth floor in bathroom was littered with dead bugs and dust. Towels and wash cloth stained horrible. Carpet very dirty.
Disliked: See above

It was what I expected

Liked: Quiet no hassle
Disliked: No problems

Liked: Was expecting a lower class of hotel, but it exceeded my first impression
Disliked: Was totally happy, management was ver friendly, no complaints
