I showed up, called why...

Disliked: They litearrly might have said fuck you no ones at the desk, were taking your money and youre not getting a room.

Met my basic needs.

Liked: Walk in shower. Extra help from the morning manager on Sunday monring.
Disliked: No working phone in room. Shower lacked basic skid protection, almost fell. A shower chair would have worked.

Liked: PROPERTY WAS REAL VISIBLE AND CLEAN OVERALL. REAL ACCESSABLE WITH NICE STAFF
Disliked: DOOR WAS NEEDED ADJUSTMENT TO LOCK BUT WASN'T A ISSUE.

Liked: That it was in a convenient location for me
Disliked: I had a family emergency, my home & my sons house were hit by tornado & my grandson was unaccounted for, I checked out early due to this & they did not refund me any of the money for the days I would not be there. It was a total of 7 days

Bugs, hair, rude staff

Liked: Will not recommend to anyone
Disliked: Rude staff, bugs and hair in the bathrrom, bathtub, ect. Door didnt lock property and a big gap in the door that lets air and bugs in and out. Fridge and micro unplugged as if they never have people stay there. Check out at 11 very strict, woman bangged and yelled at the door at 1050 "check out". Scared my child.

Liked: The Staff was so nice and totally professional!
Disliked: Everything was Great!!!

Will not be returning

Disliked: The gap between the door and the sill.
