Disliked: forced customer to change room to another room than booked, everything is extremely bad from room to facilities and management

Liked: They were personable to my face when I checked in and then screwed me by not answering a knock, a call, a ring, or anything when I checked out. This is getting a good smily face for some reason, it shouldnt.
Disliked: They told me it was a garbage motel but I prepaid and they gave me a 'discount' on my required cash only deposit. They did not adhere to any of their signs indicating operation. One said 24 hours... not accurate, one said 8am to 9pm....also inaccurate. No response to calls, knocks, doorbells between 8:05 and 8:25am. I wasnt randomly vacationing so I had to meet my commitments, therefore I had to leave so they retained my $50 cash deposit after this prepayment reservation when they should not have. The room was clean ish. There were weird stains on the towels, sheets, comforter.

Liked: I did not like anything .. This place is a dump and the owner is atrocious!!!!!!!There was blood on the comforter set and smudges on the wall.. The toilet didnt work and there was a crack pipe in the draw by the bed The service was HORRIBLE!!!

Liked: I cancelled the booking at the desk and yet they STILL charged me a cancellation fee!
Disliked: A cancellation fee after being cancelled within a allotted time to allow for a cancellation.

Do not stay there unless...

Liked: Near where I had to be
Disliked: The staff was rude, door of 215 wouldn’t unlock and said to try again and not to bother staff again, left door unlocked as I wouldn’t be able to open it again.Premises absolutely filthy, bathroom dirty with previous peoples excrement, urine and hairs, place smelt awful

Disliked: Do not attempt to stay there my fianc, and I came down for my daughters wedding that was held at the chapel so we pulled up at the hotel and the manager warned us that we didnt want to stay there that there was drugs and prostitution and proposition my fianc, who is a girl for sex, anyway, we got the hell out of there, I noticed I was getting my bank withdrawals of oil hotel because we made a reservation and told him to cancel it and they kept withdrawing money out of my account. I had to close my card. They need to be turned into the Better Business Bureau and the cops,if youre not a local, I will warn you not to go there. Its very unsafe environment. We didnt know any better because were from Montgomery, And I honestly aint never experienced anything so uncomfortable! I hope this helps who wants to know if its a decent place I do not recommend staying there.
