Basic things in the room...

Disliked: The sink was broken and there was no hot water, the hot water knob just came off and no way to turn it. The phone usb outlets did not work when you tried to use it.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Liked: The bed & pillows were amazingly comfortable.
Disliked: Hallway &/or carpet odor

Liked: I try to check in at 3:00 am I was calling waiting at the lobby for almost 1 hour nobody help me I loss my reservation I paid for nothing and I tried to check today at 6:00pmand the stuff told me my reservation it's going and she say she can't do it anything about it I'm really upset

Great dog friendly hotel convenient...

Liked: Our room was comfortable and the staff were great, especially Kevin. We had our dog and this was definitely a dog friendly place. We also were towing a trailer and there was plenty of room to park. Kevin helped us park right outside our room. Castle Rock is a great town!
Disliked: Smoke detector in the hall was beeping the entire time. Staff said they were waiting on the repair and person.

Liked: Easy to get to/from.
Disliked: No soap. Bed looked like it was not completely made. Heater was exceptionally loud. Broken fixtures. Needed a good dusting.
