Disliked: Everything Drove to get here after I paid online through app To get told they didn’t accept online payment as said they didn’t get paid by booking.com so I would need to cancel it and pay them. Was told I needed to phone and then refund should be 24-36 hours later But this was their company i was speaking to so said there policy said no refunds on ad so didn’t think they would refund So basically got told tough and I either paid again or they couldnt do anything else So had to then ring booking.com to sort out then after 3 hours had to go get another more expensive hotel as was having to get up 4 hours later to drive to Nashville to get planeDEFINITELY AVOID
