In need of improvement

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Old hotel in need of renovation.

Liked: If I was forced to choose something I would say the location
Disliked: This hotel was not clean, not updated, ended up leaving and going to get another hotel

Exceptional

Liked: I enjoyed the friendliness the staff was great helpful and attentive
Disliked: Pool is closed would have like to have swam and an area for kids would be nice

Liked: Location was great. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Out of toilet paper,no pool or hot tub and no cable.

Liked: The hotel was in the town I needed. The clerk was sweet, kind, apologetic.
Disliked: It was filthy! Poor upkeep in the inside of the lobby, the courtyard, the appearance of the room (from the window), poor landscaping, many cigarette butts littered the sidewalks, and it STUNK!

Liked: All of the staff, in each of their roles were kind friendly and helpful!!
Disliked: The pool would have been nice to use....:(

Not worth the money we spent!!!!

Liked: There was nothing to like about this place
Disliked: This was absolutely nothing compared to the pics on booking.com.... Over priced Roach hotel... This location needs to be shut down, torn down or something!!!! Pool was not even clean... Was just disgusting... Not a place to stay at and will never ever stay there again!!!

Easy access to the hotel. Prefer hardwood over carpet. Pool was nice and refreshing. Staff was nice

Liked: Not safe.
Disliked: Not safe. No towels in the bathroom. Surroundings not safe. Taped up windows. Mattresses leaning against the walls. Several men pushing carts from stores like the homeless do.

Disappointing

Liked: The property was good location you can get to anything you need too. Ac worked amazing so it stayed super cold.
Disliked: The pictures are a lie! We got a king size bed for 2 of us and there was 1 pillow and 1 towel in the room. There was no remote to the tv and you had to cast it from your phone to watch tv which sucked for us cause we didnt have service and the WiFi didnt even work. The key didnt work half the time so we had to walk to the office to have to fix the card or come unlock it. There is no security lock on the doors. You can barely sit on the toilet with the door shut. The outside walking area was nasty and always had trash everywhere!
