Disliked: This place needs to be condemned and torn down. The drawers had rat feces and roaches crawling, and the smell was unbearable. This hotel must be taken off Booking because it makes us think you do not check out these unfit hotels.

Liked: We booked the room online yet when we got to the motel there were no rooms available.

Bad

Disliked: I reserved a room online. I was charged a fee for the reservation which is fine. I get to the hotel and the guy tells me they have no rooms available and that the reservation fee will be refunded. As were talking I get a notification from my bank that I was just charged 150$ from oyo which was the price for the room for the 2 nights. Why are you charging me for the room when you're telling me you're fully booked....he tells me it will take 7-14 days for my money to be refunded...
