Disliked: I had to pay a $50 cash deposit and I had to ask for it back when I turned in my hotel key. They gave me the wrong room number and I walked away not someone elses room. Thank goodness no one was there. And then they question me about making reservations

Liked: I liked the fact the room included a shower and a bed.... seems cheesy but it was more like an amenity
Disliked: Where to start? The person at the desk got so irate with me and pounded his fist on the counter all because I couldn't hear him through the glass. We were given our room keys, my door was broken because it had been kicked in. Bed linens were burned and stained. Neighbors were having a drinking party. Walls were falling apart. Rooms were non refundable so we decided to stay because we were exhausted. Pics on website show their much nicer location, which I though I had booked.

Disliked: The cleaning lady started cleaning our room before we were even done with it. We were gone to breakfast with my children. When we returned our things were piled up by the garbage can after they were gone through and when we asked about missing items they got rude with us. (Note we left at 9 to go to breakfast and when we returned at 10 am the room was cleaned out. Check out was 11 am)

The advertisement for the room was misleading!!!

Disliked: It did not receive the accommodations advertised. The room was not the one advertised on the site. It was dirty, the toilet was broken, and many other things.

Should be removed from booking

Disliked: the management was rude and didnt want to give me service but had other people staying

I was charged twice

Liked: Very clean and nice room in town
Disliked: The man at the front desk is very short spoken and doesnt listen well
