Worst place to stay in...

Liked: We liked absolutely nothing about this property.
Disliked: Cleanliness was 0Staff wasn’t friendly Dirty bathroom /tubBathroom door didn’t closeTv didn’t work Worst of all the elevator didn’t work my fiancé is a 100% disabled veteran. Since we were on the 6th floor we were forced to take the steps when the service elevator wasn’t working. Oyo or booking has not even refunded us for the nights we didn’t stay or give back the deposit. Booking.com did not give accurate details about this property so now they have taken $700 from us on a 1 night stay at the worst hotel I’ve seen.

Terrible hotel, wrongfully charging my...

Liked: Rooms OK.
Disliked: Terrible hotel. Smelly corridors, dirty "porch" with full of mess behind the windows. None of the 3 elevators working, you have to run the stairs or use some backdoor elevator for staff. Pool/chill-out area totally closed. They charged me some extra 101 USD off my card later on and when I asked them what that was for, nobody even wrote back!!! Upon checkout, I told them I need a receipt/invoice of my stay but the front desk told me I should get that from Booking.com. Later on, I found a note on Booking.com that only the hotel can issue the receipt. If you want to avoid trouble and bad experience, go somewhere else.

Liked: The location was ok the Denny's is next door the monorail is nearby and the airport is down the street. The one good thing about the motel notice I said motel was the free drink coupon and the lounge area.
Disliked: I was not pleased with the room The pictures from website are deceiving. It looked more like a motel. There was only one working elevator. The phone didn't work, I had to relate my room service request to the elevator attendant. The TV remote barely worked most of the channels showed no signal. The hooters restaurant inside the motel service was horrible. The food was cold and the waitress was not polite. The place really need updating for the price it charge.
