I would never go there...

Liked: I liked the location. It was close to our venue.
Disliked: It was a very old place. The parking lot was bad lots of pot holes everywhere. I couldn’t get the cable to work. The couch in the room had a stain that looked like blood. There was also a big spider when we walked in the room.
