Liked: Very clean, comfortable, quiet, great location with parking and I had the room cleaned during my 2 nights stay that I didn't expect. Very easy to check in via text, friendly staff and made the whole stay excellent.

Disliked: Staff weren’t very welcoming, I felt like she didn’t know how long we were staying initially, she asked our name then looked like it wasn’t on her list . They watched us come in to check in, but didn’t come out of the car to greet us. The room was tiny, smelly, the shower had mould, the carpets in the communal areas were filthy. It states that parking is available but doesn’t say first come, so when we came back there was nowhere to park even though it states that coaches could park there - no idea where - definitely isn’t big enough to park coaches ! A person in the bar told us where to park elsewhere ! Saturday night there were countless very drunk people outside the hotel and the music was very loud - we could clearing hear it over the TV ! Without doubt one of the worse places we’ve stayed - would go back - wouldn’t recommend. I feel like booking.com should check places before putting them in the site. Reading the reviews again - seems as though they don’t read them correctly or don’t respond to them correctly as the responses don’t really match what is being said ! Live and learn!!!

Fine for a short stay

Liked: Clean, quiet, dog friendly, close to beach and other amenities.
Disliked: Nothing. I was expecting something basic because of the low price, but it was absolutely fine for a couple of nights.
