Disliked: no light in the room my kids couldn’t sleep am not happy with it

Comfortable faded grandeur in central...

Liked: Central location in Burslem. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. Secure.
Disliked: Difficult to locate the bell at the front door at night time as same colour as door frame. (Reception 24hrs but need to ring bell for entry). Some light bulbs but working. Toilet cistern appeared to be leaking slowly so a lot of water on the bathroom floor in the morning.

Absolutely horrific

Liked: Nothing, it was awful. Rooms were dirty, smashed windows in room, tv didn’t work. Dirty towel in cupboard, urine still in toilet. Shower didn’t work & was broken.

We had a very disappointing...

Liked: Wasn’t really much to like , old run down dirty , wires hanging out the wall in our room and no door on bathroom
Disliked: Was dirty dilapidated
