Breakfast a bit pricey.

Liked: Very warm welcome and help with luggage. Taxi booked for us. Rooms very well equipped and comfortable; easy to find.
Disliked: Really needs a lift.

Liked: Staff were friendly but unavailable and unable to help. Dirty grubby cold . Bedlinen grubby, carpet disgusting . Shower dirty just didn’t use it. Noisy at night. Felt disgusting just sleeping here and couldn’t wait to get out. Breakfast room closed when I arrived but it is a do it yourself mini cereal bar. No cups, old fruit. I had no key for my room staff had to let me in each time ! I waited all night in Amy else to let themselves in. Never go near it again

Very good value simple accommodation...

Liked: Very good value for a one night stay. Clean and simple.
Disliked: It was fine, as I expected when paying for a single room with shared bathroom, and simple self-service dry breakfast buffet. No frills but perfectly OK.

Superb

Liked: Rooms clean and tidy, good bathroom.
Disliked: Carpets a bit worn and tired

Liked: Cheap, convenient , draft were very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Parking was scarce, and when I asked for locations of other places to park, they couldn't tell me and unfortunately seemed to find it funny when I said there were no parking spaces. I know no offence was meant, but other cudgomers may not see it that way.

We wouldn’t rush to stay...

Liked: The location of the property was great. We were attending a gig at the O2 academy. It was a 15 minute walk and a 3 minute Uber ride away.The staff were welcoming and friendly when we arrived and checked us in efficiently. The breakfast pleasantly surprised us as there were lots of options - other reviews have complained about this so we weren’t expecting much - but for a ‘snack’ breakfast we felt plenty was provided.
Disliked: The room left a lot to be desired. Opening the door initially, it appeared to be quite nice - the furniture looked quite ‘grand’ and the room was fairly spacious.However, after turning the light on we were able to see that the carpet was heavily stained (including several spots that looked like blood in one area), in our bedroom and throughout the hallway. There was a large damp patch on the ceiling and the windows were soiled along the frames. The pillows were wafer thin and the bed squeaked every time my partner rolled over. Tiles were loose in the shower, the doors didn’t meet and it dripped continually for the whole night. We also called ahead to request the post code of the nearest car park, we were given one - but no car park to be found! We spent half an hour trying to find somewhere to park, which resulted in us being late to the gig we were staying in Bristol for.
