Good

Liked: Very good welcome.Room was very clean.Bed comfortable.Even though it was over a pub, there was no noise at all.Pot of porridge to make up in the morning.
Disliked: The window was open when I arrived, the room was very cold.

Good location but a cold...

Liked: Great location and a really good size room.
Disliked: Even with the radiator on all night the room never warmed up and the bathroom had no heating at all.
