Exactly what I needed

Liked: It's a warm welcoming place , quiet,clean and perfect location

Four of us were staying...

Liked: Excellent value for money. Rooms looked like they had been recently painted, very clean, beds comfortable, tea and coffee facilities in room. Good pint of real ale in the bar.
Disliked: Perhaps would have liked the option for a cooked breakfast in the morning but that is a very minor point.
