Liked: I had to change the date of my stay and the hotel efficiently handled my request and confirmed the alternative booking .
Disliked: It wasn't a big issue but I think business travellers might like to have breakfast earlier such as 7:30 AM.

One night only!

Liked: Adequate for one night only. Walking distance to theatres for me and daughter.
Disliked: Pillows may well have been flatbreads!!!

Liked: The place was cleanLocation is 10mins walking distance to Victoria station, that has a lot of connectionsFirst night the staff was kind enough so we had good room temperatureShower was decent, no complaints
Disliked: 2nd night we didnt have any heating in the room, it was extremely cold!!!Breakfast was very limited! Hochland cheese slices... butter and jam... extremely basic bread... its a very limited breakfast overall, nothing cooked. Not even boiled eggs, no english breakfast...If you have large luggages there is no way you fit comfortably up the stairs. Keep in mind.
