Liked: Quite convenient from the city center.
Disliked: A big cockroach suddenly appeared at night. I called the staff for help, but the reply was that they couldn‘t help me deal with it immediately and could only wait until the next morning.

Liked: Good location close to the city. Underground parking.
Disliked: Apartment was tired and really needs a freshen up. Poor lighting in bathroom. Uncomfortable bed and leaking split system in bedroom. Both A/Cs really need to be replaced and not a good look when held together with sticky tape. Pots not cleaned correctly, broken electrical equipment and not reflective of photos on Booking.com

Liked: We loved the location and the view . The size of the apartments were very comfortable for 6 people. The staff were exceptional . They were professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble . We felt valued as customers.
