Fabulous facility, people and location! Staff went above and beyond providing FREE transportation to the Lauren Daigle concert at the arena and to the Bigfoot Wrestling Tournament at the Podium! Such a great weekend. Free breakfast was AMAZING. Kids had healthy choices - can’t wait to come again!

Liked: Location; transportation/shuttle; food; pool.
Disliked: Not one thing.

Liked: The property, Lobby and room were extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good!

Nice hotel located in walking...

Liked: Coincidently located near the arena and river front park. Nice walking path to get anywhere downtown. Exceptional breakfast buffet and super staff. The balcony view was breath taking.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Boogers on the shower wall, toe nails on the floor along with a blood drip.

Not great, but okay if...

Liked: It has a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The sauna was out of order while we were there though.
Disliked: We did not have a bathtub (just a giant shower that only had a curtain and no curb of any kind, so the water went everywhere). No view or balcony. The rooms looked way nicer online. The room had an unpleasant smell. They had some weird system where you had to get these little pieces of paper from the front desk each day of your stay so that you could go to the free breakfast. Then you put them in this little bucket by some of the hot food but no one actually checked if we did it, so I am not sure what the point was. The breakfast was super inconsistent in that they would have some kind of special item and it would go fast and then they would not have any more. So if you went at different times than the others in your party you likely had a completely different breakfast experience. And, the staff acted like we were bothering them and we generally just did not feel welcome there most of the time.

Disliked: The breakfast staff was not pleasant. Breakfast should be available until 10am not 9am..they were not friendly and accommodating.After using the pool I wanted to rinse off and the soap dispenser was broken (its the little things that should be checked by the staff)

Liked: The bed and pull out couch were very comfortable. There was plenty of lighting in the room. I liked the sink being separate from the toilet and shower.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small. There wasn't any kind of fan in the bathroom. Way too much furniture in the room once we used the pull out bed.
