I won’t be using Booking.com...

Liked: The property was fine. It was the service. It was bad. The service with you guys. Booking.com was bad. You guys were supposed to have sent them an email to cancel my reservation. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and I want it canceled. I’m getting a hold of my credit card and having them cancel it. It’s just all been a bad mess.
Disliked: It turned out that they needed the money upfront cash money something to do with they had to have $100 hold on a card. I wasn’t there was a gift for my son that I was giving him a night stay in a motel and it all just became a big messed up mess and I called your company at like 1130 at night. They were supposed to email The motel and tell them to cancel my reservation. I don’t know what happened. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and my card was charged. I’m very very disappointed in what has happened

Liked: Fitness center was lacking some equipment, only one handle for their pulley system.

Very good

Liked: Gated parking lot was added feeling of security.

Liked: The place was nice but some of the guests made it unpleasant. They overcrowded the amenities that were offered so I wasn't able to take advantage of those that were offered.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Very clean, very contemporary. Great deal - including free drinks from the bar when we arrived!
Disliked: Honestly, the only thing that we didn’t like was the coffee. At breakfast, only grounds came out when we tried to pour coffee. And the coffee in the room was like camping coffee. But that was truly the only disappointment!

Great Place close to downtown

Liked: It's a nice place to stay great for families. Staff was very nice and helpful
Disliked: The bath tub wouldn't drain so it was always full of water. Just needs to be unclogged probably. They don't give you adequate bedding one little sheet and a thin comforter and in winter it's very cold in the room. I asked for an extra blanket which was provided.
