It’s always a great stay

Liked: We always stay here because the quality of the room, environment and staff are usually great
Disliked: This time the staff did not keep up with the breakfast buffet Sunday morning

Overall I enjoyed the stay...

Liked: Beds were excellent, room was large. Reception evening was great. Food at their restaurant was very good. The breakfast probably would have been very good except the staff failed to have it competely set up by 0700. The scrambled eggs were a bit wet and the orange juice was terrible. The pancakes however were very good. Security for the parking is outstanding. The best thing was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Actually, the elevators were a bit dirty and one was out of commission.

We basically just slept there,...

Liked: Easy to find, decent breakfast
Disliked: There was a fire in the toaster at 8am, the area we were in didn't seem the safest. Especially when the front desk clerk said we needed to park in the gate for safety reasons.

Liked: Super large clean facility with gated parking. We were driving a large U-Haul track and the parking lot was able to accommodate fitting our truck comfortable. The hotel is also pet friendly which was a bonus for us. Friendly check in staff and bartender when we went to claim our complementary drinks.
Disliked: Nothing negative except there isn't much to do on the island. But then again we were only staying for the night.

Have stayed here a lot....

Liked: Convenient, clean and friendly staff
Disliked: Bathroom just had a few issues in my room. Clogged drain in tub and broken lock on the handle. Room 256

We really enjoyed our stay,...

Liked: We upgraded our room to the deluxe, it was huge. We loved the dining table and chairs. We had a couple of rooms for our group and it was really excellent to have more space to congregate between events. The front desk was also able to keep our rooms relatively close, so my little one could go back and forth to grandma's and it was a real treat for him to have that access.
Disliked: My only suggestion would be an area rug on the hard stone floor, it looks beautiful and it is easier to keep clean and I really appreciate that, it just makes for an echoey sleeping space.

Disliked: the shower sprayed all over the floor and the fire alarm that went off and we had to evacuate
