Nice option to have in...

Liked: Location of hotel, front desk staff, very clean room and hallways , lobby has a Mt.resort look. breakfast had almond milk option : folks who are allergic to dairy appreciate that.
Disliked: No heat in bathroom, the stool & tub/shower being in separate room from the sink.

Very good

Liked: The food was good. The bed was comfortable. There was sufficient space in the room to spread out all of our stuff so it was easily accessible.
Disliked: The floor of our room obviously hadn't been swept recently. It was very gritty, to the point that I had to sit on the edge of the bed and brush off my feet before getting in. The breakfast bar had no juice. Only highly sugared juice cocktails and vitamin water. Also, the laundry staff (two males)were carrying on a conversation so loudly that we could hear them when we left our room halfway across the motel from the laundry.

Superb

Liked: Service was great.
Disliked: Unable to change room to a quieter room because of booking contract. Had to cancel room reservation and pay an upgrade fee to change rooms. Will not be using Booking.com anymore. I was charged a booking fee using them.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was convent and close to Safeway gas and groceries.
Disliked: The room that we had backed onto the highway. The traffic noise (trucks gearing down) was very loud all night partly due to the older windows. We did ask to switch to a room on the other side facing the parking lot but were told they couldn’t change our room because we reserved through booking.com(3rd party) and we would have to contact them to change anything on our reservation? The staff was very pleasant and did offer a noise cancelling machine (which leads me to believe this may be an ongoing issue) This was a little disappointing as there were walk in customers who were given those rooms without any reservation at the same price we paid.

Rooms are not quiet.

Liked: Very good
Disliked: I requested a quiet room. To get this I was charged an extra $10. The heating fan knocked all night and the refrigerator sounded like a motorcycle!

Great

Liked: At first, my phone took me to a little bit of a sketch area and then we found the back way to the hotel. Staff is a little unhelpful at first due to a car issue. I had other than that was clean. Hotel was awesome. Hot tub could’ve been hotter
Disliked: Hot tub could have been hotter

Liked: Location and Courtesy beverage service in evening (I like my free wine).
Disliked: I booked a 2 queen suite, and ended up in a King suite. I thought it would be ok, as I could take the pull out, but when I went to pull it out, there was no linen anywhere. Daughter was already in bed, so I was not going to have someone come in and make a damn bed that should have been made, or at the VERY LEAST linens available. Restroom was small and awkward. TV was confusing to use and find channels, and no instructions or anything printed out to indicate channels you have and where to find them. Very frustrating.
