Liked: Location and Courtesy beverage service in evening (I like my free wine).
Disliked: I booked a 2 queen suite, and ended up in a King suite. I thought it would be ok, as I could take the pull out, but when I went to pull it out, there was no linen anywhere. Daughter was already in bed, so I was not going to have someone come in and make a damn bed that should have been made, or at the VERY LEAST linens available. Restroom was small and awkward. TV was confusing to use and find channels, and no instructions or anything printed out to indicate channels you have and where to find them. Very frustrating.

Liked: the breakfast buffet was disappointing, so was the bar in general:( How ever, the room was super clean, the hot tub was awesome! we had a good stay over all !
Disliked: the bar. Drink options!

I like Oxford suites in...

Liked: The location security
Disliked: The $20 early check in fee was to be adjusted to Bookings $10.95. For some reason I was charged $10.95 twice so ended up paying $22 for a $20 (or $10.95) check in. Disconnect between Bookings.com and Oxford Suites.

Worked out fine for us.

Liked: Very nice decor. Stayed at this hotel several years ago, that is the reason why we chose to stay again.
Disliked: Close to I 84.

I would recommend Oxford Suites...

Liked: Lovely linens
Disliked: Location, highway noise, clean the carpets

Short stay on our way...

Liked: We didn't experience much because this was a stop over after a long drive from Utah on a trip to Portland. But I would certainly visit Pendleton itself after staying here! Everything was very nice and I like the western heritage of the property (and town).
Disliked: Nothing
