Liked: This is an older motel. They have renovated the rooms but there are some mechanical issues like the plumbing. The sink and bathtub faucets were in bad shape and difficult to control. On booking.com it said that pets were okay and there was breakfast but when we arrived there they said it was incorrect and neither were available.

Liked: It was really nice we have stayed there before. No problems with anything. Only problem we have is that they take a deposit of 100 dollars and we have not seen it put back on our card. We left the room in no mess. I even made sure I picked up the towels and put them in a pile for easy pick up.

Liked: Good welcome , allowed to check in early , parking outside safe , near to the town , we went to a local place called the Arkansas Brewing Company , food was great and got to meet all the lovely local folk , had a brilliant night , the owner bought everyone at the bar a drink , people were fantastic , as the song goes “ What a Night “
Disliked: Nothing , everything was great , a family business well run 😎

Liked: Most important for me is the comfort of the bed. And it was perfect. We knew what to expect as far as the kitschy decor and that was kinda fun. But it was all clean and the room smelled good. No covered up odors!! Could use a bit of maintenance but overall satisfied our needs for a good night's sleep. Restaurant next door had good burgers and delicious salad, home made blue cheese dressing. And no issues with safety. Would recommend if you know what to expect and the price was great
