Absolutely perfect

Liked: The room was perfect, cozy, and quiet. The location is in the city center. The personnel are perfect.
Disliked: The cost per night is too high, even considering the level of service.

Superb

Liked: Amazing bed, quiet room with more space than I could have imagined. Very nice staff. All the comforts of home. We will be staying again any time we visit or friends in Bend.
Disliked: The day before our stay, the hotel's advertised price for our room was several hundred dollars cheaper than what we paid through booking.com which isn't usually the case. The hotel could not give me that price because it was a third party booking.

Liked: great location in center of town-many excellent cafes and restaurants all within walking distance-room was huge and spacious and very well appointed-lovely bathroom-super comfortable room- the design of the room was excellent-they thought of everything-lovely fireplace in lobby-excellent jacuzzi for apres ski off the hotel gym

Liked: The room was very well equipped and very comfortable. The hotel decorations were beautiful and the tree theme was heartwarming. The restaurant Roam had excellent service and the food was delicious. The hotel location was very convenient for us. I’ll stay again when visiting Bend.

Liked: I loved everything about this lovely hotel. The location is perfect for strolling around downtown, Old Mill and river paths. Rooms are clean and incredibly comfortable, staff are professional and friendly, and the restaurant is so delicious! Would love to stay here again.
