Liked: The Hotel has an amazing ambience with both interior and exterior features.
Disliked: Small room, no space for clothes and a tiny, poorly laid out bathroom .

A superb hotel, beautifully presented...

Liked: The property is beautiful and very well presented. The rooms are lovely and spacious with aircon you can control yourself. You can also open the windows. The bed was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on in a hotel. It was exceptional. The view was beautiful. The additional Christmas gifts were a lovely personal touch. The pool area is beautifully maintained and the perfect temperature, even during the heat of summer.I would definitely stay at the hotel again when visiting my family in Sydney, Potts Point area.
Disliked: I was given a disabled room and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. I was disappointed I did not get a bath as advertised in the picture and within my booking. The view did make it for it. Initially I was given a room with barely any light and no visible view other than the front entrance. It was implied I was given the room as i did not book directly with the hotel.
