Can't wait to go back!

Liked: Room was amazing, the whole hotel is so beautiful, loved seeing all of the dogs, view from our room was incredible, so many luxurious little touches made this hotel stand out from the rest. The staff were so lovely, they went above and beyond to make my birthday special, this was genuinely the best hotel I have stayed at in Sydney - I can't wait to go back! :)
Disliked: Literally the only tiny fault was the water pressure in our room, other than that, everything was honestly amazing!

Disliked: Cockroaches in room, remotes not working , dirty lounges and bedhead

Disappointing stay over Christmas holiday

Liked: - shower was okay- the hotel had an interesting design- sweet cart was a nice idea- some nice touches (sweets left in room, nice note)
Disliked: - staff didn't seem too bothered- very slow lift- room was not the cleanest, lots of marks and stains on furniture - apparently we were upgraded but room felt small and it was hot with a very loud air conditioning unit- bathroom was tiny- location was quite far away from main part of Sydney - breakfast was limited and you had to pay for extras- we left early and changed hotels

Beautiful venue with a really...

Liked: We’ve stayed here before but several years ago. Love the vibe and the staff are super friendly.
Disliked: Since we were there last it just felt… tired. Lots of things needed maintenance. Blockout blind didn’t work, then the sheer curtains didn’t work, bathroom tap leaked, the furniture felt well worn. I guess I was looking forward to similar high quality as when we were last there, but that was probably 6 or so years ago and it wasn’t as schmick this time around.
