Disappointed

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: Requested a later checkout for 12pm which was agreed and then was harassed from 11am with two door bells rings by cleaning staff and two calls. Carpark for overnight was 10 min walk not 500m and loud buzzing sound in room all night. Outlook from room 202 was not great. Have stayed at Ovolo in other cities so was excited but this one fell short for money. Pool area was small but sufficient.
