Liked: Expectations far exceeded the reality.
Disliked: No free mini bar, tired building in need of renovations. Poor breakfast service. Rooftop pool area is awful for a 5 star hotel.Certainly not a 5 star hotel by international standards. Indifferent service in hotel bar, manager seemed far more interested in fulfilling orders from adjacent restaurant rather than customers actually in his bar - poor show chap

Stay there anytime for the...

Liked: Location is great, were meeting people and was very convenient for them to park. Also great food and drinking options right at your front door. Check in was awesome, the staff were so very welcoming and informed me of everything I needed to know, being foggy with jet lag. Comfy big bed, such a delight after traveling in Europe.
Disliked: Unfortunately the towels both had stains on them.

Liked: Rooms were a nice size and staff at reception were friendly
Disliked: The breakfast in the cafe had poor service. We ordered drinks and got them at the end of our breakfast. We reminded the server and he still took 15 minutes to bring them - the cafe wasn't even busy.
