A great hotel in an...

Liked: The décor throughout the hotel is modern, fast and fun. Room was spacious and well decorated and had all the necessary inclusions. Hotel was a short walk to cafes and shops, and a bit longer walk to the station.
Disliked: Staffing and service was good - quite casual. We did have to chase clean towels and the hot water was dodgy.

Liked: The staff are always welcoming and go beyond the norm to offer assistance. Bedding is comfortable and location is excellent for James Street eateries, boutiques, walks.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Beautifully presented with lovely amenities. Staff were wonderful.
Disliked: The rooms were not sound proof which made it feel much less private. Our room was right next to the pool where they were hosting a party which was very loud and the next evening there was karaoke in the room next door which we could hear. The mattress in our room was very well worn in with two large dips on either side which made it very uncomfortable
