Liked: Stunning
Disliked: Bath worn out- we stayed here in 2018. Excellent. Bedside lights hard to work. Only 1 robe, no towels in son’s room, excellent service. And no juice for breakfast. Small little things at an all round brilliant hotel.

Disliked: Extremely slow food and coffee service.We were expecting the free mini bar but that has now been finished.

Liked: I enjoyed almost everything so nothing to complain about.
Disliked: More staff could have been placed in the bar as the hotel was full and only 1 team member to look after everyone in the evening.

Liked: What particularly blew me away was the treatment I received from concierge/staff. Upon arrival I was very tired due to unforeseen circumstances. Concierge noticed this and upgraded my room so I could gain immediate access to get some rest/sleep before continuing my day. This made the biggest difference to my trip and experience at the hotel.

I doubt I’ll return until...

Disliked: Found cockroach’s in my room and bathroom The facilities require a fresh up plus new carpetsShower water pressure was very poor

One of the nicest hotels...

Liked: Exceptional hotel, great breakfast menu, really well thought out
Disliked: Hallway to room was super dark, needed flashlight (design choice, does look nice to have all black but yeah then no light). Parking is not free and not super easy
