Liked: The character and charm of the hotel. Love the lift well sporting games
Disliked: Service in Mr Percy was average

Liked: Location. Clean and comfortable room. Beautiful restaurant attached
Disliked: Our room had no external windows which was a little off-putting initially but made for a lovely dark room to sleep-in late which was an utter treat

Disliked: Poorly greeted at Reception. When we arrived could not get any food as everything closed on a Monday, not even room service. Was told I could order food on UberEATS... is this a hostel?Room had no window with natural light and not mentioned in booking.com or hotel website. When queried I was told there was no other option.Woke up at 10pm to a large cockroach on my face and 2 others on a pillow next to my face and when I went downstairs rather upset, I was asked if a box of chocolates would help. I was offered an alternative room next door to the room with cockroaches to which I declined as they would be more than likely there. I was eventually given a room on the opposite side on the 3rd floor. A room with a window... wait but earlier there was no other option! I unfortunately barely slept and woke every hour. Breakfast was poor and service slow.Worst hotel I have stayed at.

Disliked: Very difficult to catch staff's eyes at meal service. Just need a basic training in vigilance

Liked: Comfortable, good breakfasts, great location and helpful, friendly staff
Disliked: Tapas and drinks very expensive
