Liked: The Overton team is welcoming, helpful and attentive to details. For example, the young lady who delivered our room service added a small vase of fresh flowers “just to brighten your day.” The bellman jumped in to help us with our luggage when we asked to switch rooms for a walk-in shower to accommodate my mom, and he even went and filled a bucket of ice for our drinks. Oh, and the espresso martinis are phenomenal!
Disliked: When I made my reservation three weeks prior to our stay, I messaged the property through Booking.com to ask for a handicap-friendly room. I never received a response. At check in, I asked and the hotel didn’t have any of these rooms available. Our second night, my mom asked again and a room had fortunately opened up, but we were switching rooms at 10 pm. I don’t feel I can hold the hotel fully responsible as this could’ve been an issue with Booking.

We loved our first time...

Liked: We had a room on the 5th floor. I liked the view from the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast. We thought it might be included.

Need better heating system.

Liked: Great location, very convenient. Easy parking.
Disliked: Heater wasn’t working it was only blowing cold air. Temperature outside was around 30 degrees. We froze all night.
