No temperature control for individual...

Disliked: There was no temperature control for the individual cottage room. The room was extremely cold. Absolutely no heat at all. When I called the front desk, they sent the technician who told me I should put log on the fireplace.I wasted at least three hours at the cabin waiting for heat. It was not worth it. Eventually I was switched to the main building room. I did not get a cabin as I paid for and requested.

Liked: I slept in the Overlook Lodge. The room was clean and the view on the lake was amazing. Even if outside was pretty cold, the room was warm and very clean. I had no problem parking neither at the Inn and at the Lodge. Even with the snow and the ice, with the car was easy to reach both location.Other than the room, I tired the services of both the Hikers' Cafe and the second floor bar. They were both very good in terms of price-quality ratio, with plenty of possible choices. The location, generally speaking, is amazing. The staff was helpful and easy going.
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect.
